THE STRUGGLE
“I used to lie in bed at night, exhausted — but completely unable to switch off.”
I’d get into bed knowing I needed sleep, but my mind was still running.
Thinking about work. Replaying conversations. Planning the next day.
And without even thinking about it, I’d reach for my phone — just to escape it.
Some nights I’d fall asleep quickly. Other nights I’d be staring at the ceiling for hours.
That inconsistency is what made it frustrating — because you never really know what kind of night you’re going to get.
And when you wake up tired the next day, it carries into everything — your focus, your energy, your mood.
It got to a point where I knew something needed to change, because just “hoping for a better night’s sleep” clearly wasn’t working.
I tried the usual advice.
Better routines. Supplements. Different “perfect” night setups.
But most of it felt overcomplicated or unrealistic to stick to consistently.
The problem wasn’t that I didn’t want better sleep.
It was that nothing actually fit into real life.
WHY I CREATED SOVEREIGN WELLNESS
Sovereign Wellness came from a simple shift in thinking:
Sleep doesn’t need to be perfect; it needs to be consistent.
Instead of chasing ideal routines, I focused on building simple habits that actually helped me switch off at night.
