The cost of running a sauna depends on its wattage and how long you use it. Our saunas typically range from 2kW to 10kW. On average, running a sauna for an hour can cost between ££0.50 and £2.50.

All our saunas come with Assembly Instructions which are easy and detailed. Saunas are assembled together using buckles/clamps with some screwing involved.

For Infrared Light saunas, the sauna can be plugged into any standard outlet in the house. For traditional steam saunas, the power needs to be connected to the mains of the house by an electrician.

We also offer an assembly service, which you can add to your order, and one of our team will call to book it in.

When the external environment temperature is 10 degrees Celsius, it takes about 15 minutes to heat up to 50 degrees Celsius, and about 30 minutes to heat up to 70 degrees Celsius.

For traditional steam saunas, the heat time and temperature can be set by the control panel: 0-90 minutes and 18-99 degrees Celsius. For Infrared Saunas, the maximum temperature is 65 degrees Celsius.

The timber outside is not hot, just a little warm and safe to touch.

With the outdoor wooden saunas, you can also paint with wood paint after assembly and installation.

While treating or staining the outside of your sauna is perfectly fine, you should never stain, paint, or treat the interior.
